Our employees are delighted with the flexibility: they can choose the times themselves, for example, and there are different trainers - because this challenges them, and so they do not get used to just one person - and they also appreciate the trainers' high level of expertise. Employees feel valued through further training measures. Although this is not exactly inexpensive in conjunction with all the other measures, it is a very worthwhile investment when compared with the resulting employee satisfaction and motivation and with the fulfilment of employee potential. Our partnership with Berlitz is largely due to our contact person. We greatly value the fact that she is always friendly, helpful and accommodating and always has a solution for us. She is a point of contact, knows the company and the employees and knows what we want and need so that she can accommodate our needs fully.
