Berlitz offers us several types of training: for some employees, it was more appropriate to arrange for individual tuition. Others needed English specifically for presentations or telephone conversations, and were able to acquire these skills in intensive groups with other colleagues. At Berlitz everyone can learn a language based on their requirements. Berlitz also offers a uniform learning concept and has several locations in Germany, which is particularly important for our field staff. English is one of the most important areas of training at Bridgestone. And it is also important to us because keeping our employees up-to-date and further developing their skills is also part of our company philosophy. In general, what we value greatly about working with Berlitz is their reliability, flexibility and the fact that there are no problems in coordinating with our many members of field staff throughout Germany. One participant wanted to combine a language course in Edinburgh with his holiday, for example - no problem for Berlitz. Everything could be coordinated through my contact partner.
