Language of Meetings - Make the most of your meetings.
Meetings often have their own culture and special dynamics. The goal of this course is to build the skills necessary for participation in important international meetings, and to allow participants to lead business meetings themselves.
Participants will learn how to find the correct tone in English to express their opinions, remain objective, disagree tactfully, deal with interruptions, stay on track, summarize, evaluate options, formulate next steps and bring the meeting to a punctual close. When everything goes well, meetings can not only facilitate information transfer and decision-making, they can be fun, too!
